Election Law and Consulting
We provide guidance, consulting and assistance to liberal and progressive clients.
Legal Representation is provided on a consultation basis at a fee of $300 per hour against a flat retainer of $3000.00. Consultations are limited to matters solely related to Texas law.
Election Consulting is provided at a fee of $35 per hour against a flat retainer of $700 to be replenished monthly, or when the balance is reduced to $150, whichever occurs first. Itemized statements are provided on a weekly basis. The following services are available:
